2. Subject: design packs
These terms govern the purchase of the garden and terrace design packs offered on tropios.com:

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout. The current detail of each pack is the one published on the garden design page at the time of purchase.
3. Purchase and payment process
The purchase is made through Stripe's secure payment gateway (card or other methods offered by the gateway). After payment you will receive confirmation by email. If you need an invoice with specific tax details, let us know at info@tropios.com.
4. Service delivery and timeframes
After purchase we coordinate the video call with you (if not already done) and the visit to your space with a LiDAR scan (30–90 min depending on size and complexity). The first proposal is delivered, generally, within 7 to 10 days, and each review round is turned around in 2–3 days until the final design, within the review meetings of each pack. Timeframes may be adjusted for justified reasons, which we will communicate to you.
5. Pack discount on the construction project
If you commission us to build the designed project, the full amount of the design pack is deducted from the accepted final works budget. This discount is not redeemable for cash nor combinable with other promotions.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, by notifying info@tropios.com (you may use an unequivocal statement or the model form in the Annex of Spanish RDL 1/2007). We will refund the amount by the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
Legal exception: if you expressly request that we begin providing the service within the withdrawal period (for example, carrying out the visit/scan or starting the design) and the service is fully performed, you lose the right of withdrawal once completed (art. 103.a RDL 1/2007). If you withdraw when the service has begun but not finished, we may deduct the proportional part of the service already provided.
7. Reviews, conformity and complaints
Each pack includes the stated number of review meetings, intended to adjust the design to your preferences within the contracted scope. For any issue or complaint, write to us at info@tropios.com; complaint forms and the European online dispute resolution platform are also available to you: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Intellectual property of the design
Once the pack is paid, you receive a licence to use the design for your space. Authorship and intellectual property rights of the project belong to Tropios Gardens S.L., which may use project images for portfolio purposes unless you tell us otherwise.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular RDL 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users) and the LSSI-CE.
